  Martina’s new flow and sound class on Thursday (11:45-1) is a combination of all the best of yoga. Martina is so experienced and positive as well. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

  This is a really special place. From the get go I knew I could really put my trust into the instructors at this studio. Classes are directed with clarity and intention and get stagnant energy in the body flowing- the teachers are also very tentative and receptive to individual’s needs. I practically float home after every class. I love the fact that the classes run over sometimes- for me it shows that the instructors (particularly Vanessa) are deep in their practice and want to give a thorough experience with a proper beginning middle and end (but this is something to note if you are looking for something more regimented). I am so grateful that this place has come into my orbit- it’s a very loving and peaceful vibe. I would recommend completely to anyone at any stage in their yoga journey ❤️
