Sol Centre Yoga & Sauna

Sol Centre Yoga & Sauna is a yoga studio in London with a sauna, showers and an ice plunge alongside its classes. The studio is light and airy, with large windows, clean mats, plenty of space and good equipment, and the teaching is described as excellent. The timetable includes hot and regular yoga, Yin classes, and yoga and Pilates. Adriana teaches a Mum and Baby yoga class, which lets new mothers challenge themselves while being mindful of their postnatal bodies. Some people come for the Yin classes and others for a yoga class followed by the sauna. The staff are friendly, and the owner is welcoming.

  I'm mostly there for the Yin classes. The atmosphere is lovely. Everyone who works there is very nice and the mats are clean .

  I'm lucky enough to live round the corner from the Sol Centre. I regularly use the sauna and recently tried my first yoga class. Would recommend both!
