House of Moon

House of Moon is a yoga studio in London, owned by Maria, which also hires out its bright, high-ceilinged space to other teachers and groups. The room is cosy and clean, with plants, blankets and good-quality mats, and it feels calm and welcoming as soon as you walk in. Maria's sessions are particularly praised, and the aerial yoga classes are singled out as special. Other sessions include women's circle and sound healing, and an anti-anxiety class with sonic meditation and reiki. Renters host kundalini activations, mini retreats and workshops, and say booking is easy, communication is smooth and the management team is responsive. Maria also runs a Sound Healing Facilitator training, which one trainee described as deeply informative.

  An incredible studio that has become an essential part of my wellbeing. I particularly love the sessions with Maria and Bex, they are so healing, and I always leave feeling lighter, calmer and so much better. The space itself is beautiful, cosy and incredibly welcoming, which makes every visit feel special. You can really feel the care and intention that has gone into creating such a nurturing environment. I couldn’t recommend House of Moon Studio enough!

  Had a wonderful experience at House of Moon. I attended a cacao ceremony hosted by Disha and Jay from Ollinova and it was incredible. The ceremony itself left me feeling happy, grateful, content and relaxed. I've never participated in a cacao ceremony before so didn't quite know what to expect but I really enjoyed it. Disha and Jay were wonderful hosts and the space was absolutely beautiful. Loved the plants and gorgeous natural sunlight. Can highly recommend the space and the practice with Ollinova as well.
