Hotpod Yoga Crouch End

  I used to go to Hotpod in London Fields, then had to stop when I moved back to Finsbury Park last summer. Imagine my absolute delight when I saw HPY Crouch End was opening a 3 minute walk from my place, so I nabbed a founders membership and have been going ever since! I love the vibe of the studio which is really welcoming and chilled, Grace and Ollie have done such a great job with it! All the teachers I see are fantastic and there’s a really nice variety of styles, from calm nurturing flows to challenging and strengthening classes. If you’re in the area and have been thinking about finding a yoga studio or dipping your toe in the pod, I could not recommend it enough!!

  Wonderful studio run by the lovely Grace & Oli - I hadn’t tried hot yoga before and now I’ve converted to a monthly membership! Great for beginners like myself, all teachers provide adjustments whether you need to make the moves easier or more challenging. Facilities are fab and super clean aswell, as you can rent a towel for the class or to shower with afterwards.

  What a brilliant place. All the teachers I have met so far have been nothing more than welcoming and helpful considering I have been away from yoga for 9 months and need all the help I can get 🤣 Ollie is extremely quick to respond to my never ending queries and I am absolutely loving all the classes I have tried so far. The warmth and darkness of the pod is exactly what I have needed to get back into my practice and I have also introduced a friend to hot yoga for the first time and she took ahs become hooked fast 😁. I am currently taking advantage of their 30 day promotion but I will certainly become a member once it runs out. Get down there and give it a go , you won't be disappointed ❤️.
