  Literally the WORST parking situation possible please save yourself the hassle and do not go here unless you have all the time in the world to be at least 30 mins in advance and they won’t give class pass credits back either. Classpass and houston in general have a TON of other great Pilates places!

  Such a cute and welcoming workout studio! I really loved how organized everything was from the moment I arrived. There was someone there to check me in and another person to show me where to put my bags and get settled. During the session, the instructor was super involved! She actively worked out with everyone while also paying attention to our form and correcting us when needed. The studio itself is so aesthetic and has such a good atmosphere. Everyone made the experience feel comfortable and welcoming, especially for a first visit. My only tip is to arrive at least 15 minutes early because parking can take a little extra time. Overall, I had such a great experience and would definitely come back! ❤️

  Back in August, I was sexually assaulted by a homeless man in their parking lot. After running inside for safety, the man followed me inside their suite and harassed multiple other women including employees. I was hiding in one of the rooms and contacted 911. It took responders approximately 11-12 minutes to arrive, but they were able to detain the suspect. An employee mentioned that there has been multiple occasions where homeless people have walked in to use the restroom and use their showers. At the time of the incident, not one employee was in the lobby. Any one could have walked in without knowledge. This incident was extremely traumatizing and I would encourage every customer to be aware of their surroundings and encourage HH to find better ways to protect their customers.
