[solidcore] Montrose

After more than 500 classes and over 5 years with Solidcore, I have noticed the decline in quality, not only classes, instructors but also the just simply getting assistance from Solidcore team. Very disappointing but I will be canceling my membership and checking out some local studios to support small businesses in my neighborhoods instead

I can’t say enough good things about Montrose Solidcore. I fell in love with working out again after trying a class with Steph S and it changed my life. That was almost 2 years ago now and I can still say- the work out, the welcoming atmosphere, the playlists, are always top tier. My mind to body connection has never achieved this level of consciousness, and I’ve never been stronger than now. I also really appreciate the teaching style diversity from the coaches. The coaches and the community is what makes this place great. Love you Solidcore!
