713 Pilates

What a great class- as usual Krista manages to offer a group class and provide private attention at the same time to meet each of our needs! Today I and my back celebrated doing my best “short spine” ever - truly hung out like a happy bat for what felt like an hour at the end of the class! Thanks to Krista who quickly assessed the situation and said “feet”- who knew!!

I've been going to Pilates about once a week here for over a year, and I've never been disappointed. Every instructor is extremely qualified and genuinely cares about the students. The studio is clean, the vibe is chill, and the work out is hard but energizing! I look forward to my mornings at 713 Pilates every week.

Took my first Pilates class ever with SJ and it was the best experience! The class was easy to follow with the instructor and I’m looking forward to future classes!
