Loved the class I took with Miriam Mata! She was really good and I felt like I got a great workout. But the only thing I will say disappointed me was that I felt like since the class is already extremely heated, it’s over packed and unfortunately uncomfortable to workout with so many people in the room perspiring heat. And when doing floor workouts, even if the instructor is telling us to watch out for our neighbor. We somehow still get in each others way. To make classes fulfilling, please advise to keep classes at a good distance. But I had a good workout and I’ll be back. For someone who is paying a class pack and a class that is 7 credits that equals to almost $17 a class in including the mat rental which is $11. That in all makes the experience even more valuable when you can workout in peace and expect a full burn.

I stopped by for a possible membership today and I was greeted with “hey are you looking for the coffee shop” immediately rubbed me the wrong way. I felt unwelcomed by that assumption, but they were kind enough to answer questions I had concerning my carpal tunnel. I might try the Montrose location.

I was 2 min late due to not finding any parking and I arrived to a close door and no one would come up to talk to. Waste of almost an hr drive and money.
