  Houston is loud, busy, ambitious, and always moving. I’m grateful there is a little corner of it that is quiet, peaceful and allows you to arrive, just as you are, wherever you are, however you are. I came here to meditate and found more of myself within this safe container. I like that Zen here isn’t just something we just talk about or intellectualize on. Its sheer simplicity of mind-body connection slowly sneaks into your actual life. Sit. Observe. Notice. Come back. The people are warm, attuned, kind, and very human. I’ve made some meaningful connections here with folks from walks of life, all with the same radical kindness and compassion :)

  How to say that I meet miss Gaelyn when I was going throw marriage hard times. Miss gaelyn arrange for us for the weekend in a retreat to find our self and understand each other more no tv no phones just like old days because of gaelyn arrangement at the zen retreat land just in 48 hours we talk. Played board games and even did art and crafts like old time the nature and everything around us was so peaceful and the environment was so peaceful and beautiful the experience that me and my wife had is unforgettable so much fun I getting to know each other once’s again thank you gaelyn for everything you are the best and very grateful for what you did because of your arrangement really impacted or self and marriage that showed us that hard times can be fix is the push we needed thank you
