Pilatay - Classical Pilates Studio

I had the best experience at Pilatay Studio. I took lessons with Tracy for a month while I was in Miami, and it completely elevated my understanding of Pilates. Her cueing is exceptional! She was precise and incredibly effective. Every session was challenging in the best way, and I felt myself getting stronger and more connected to my body each time. What really stood out was Tracy’s depth of knowledge. She has such a strong understanding of the body and of classical Pilates, and she took the time to have me work on every piece of apparatus. That approach helped me truly understand the shape and intention of each movement across all equipment, allowing my brain and body to fully connect the dots. I learned so much in a short amount of time and genuinely loved every session. I would highly recommend Pilatay Studio to anyone looking to deepen their Pilates practice with expert guidance.

Tracy is so great, I flew down to Miami just to take classes with her! I found her online and was taken by her enthusiasm for, and deep knowledge of the Classical Pilates system. Before my visit, I had a few virtual sessions. I wasn't sure how much I would get out of a virtual mat class, but it was totally effective. In person, her Classical studio is beautiful. In my very short time, she worked me through some of the apparatus. I only scratched the surface of her depth of knowledge! One takeaway in my short time with Tracy? I'm even more hooked on Classical Pilates, and my back never felt better. Thank you Tracy. Your enthusiasm and knowledge are infectious!
