I’ve been training with Eugenia in Brickell, and she is truly exceptional. Her Pilates classes offer the perfect blend of challenge and precision, with a thoughtful combination of exercises and just the right adjustments to help you get the most out of every movement. The studio itself feels like a sanctuary, peaceful, with modern warm tones and a calming atmosphere. The beautiful view adds an extra layer of serenity to each session, making it feel both like a workout and a mental reset. Eugenia genuinely cares about her clients’ progress and brings uplifting, positive energy to every class. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a thoughtful and skilled Pilates instructor in Brickell.

Eugenia is an excellent Pilates instructor. Very personal attention. I had left sided hip muscle pain and she worked to ease the discomfort with Pilates. She doesn’t over do it unless you are ready. She takes it slow if you have never down Pilates.

Eugenia is an amazing instructor! I just finished ten lessons with her this summer. As a complete beginner in pilates and someone without a regular workout habit, I was worried at first that the classes might be difficult for me. But Eugenia made everything approachable by adjusting the exercise to my level. She is very patient, warm and encouraging. Even when I was doing simple movements, she gave me detailed instuctions and help me get the stretches I needed. I have gained a lot from her classes. Highly recommend!
