About

CADiLab Pilates is a Pilates studio on Coral Way, Miami. Reviewers describe clean premises with well-kept machines and a calm atmosphere, with music that is not loud and no shouting coaches. Tiffany is mentioned by several reviewers as patient, hands-on and encouraging, and first-timers say she explained exercises so they could do them correctly. Kayla is praised for teaching a newcomer the basics, and a tall reviewer who was nervous about starting said the class still challenged him. There are two sharp complaints: one reviewer was told the filtered water station was for instructors only, and another arrived for a class to find the studio closed and no staff for 15 minutes.

The classes here are exceptional. I purchased a promotional 12 class plan and it has been amazing. Kayla is super patient- kind and knowledgeable. She has taught me most of everything to know about Pilates. I was a newbie and her instructions and assistance have always been clear and genuine! I totally recommend to start off and continue your Pilates journey with Cadilabs!

Wonderful studio, amazing coach Sarah. Every muscle was engaged and working, amazing workout. And I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the music. No loud music, no shouting coaches

I've been to this studio a few times, but won't be returning after my experience on Friday. I tried to fill my water bottle up at the filtered water station (ie. a water fountain) and was stopped and told by the instructor that that is only for "us" -- ie, instructors. To pay $40 for a pilates class and then be denied access to a water fountain, particularly in the dead of Miami summer, is really unbelievable. There's tons of pilates studios in the Grove and Gables and I would recommend visiting other more reasonable and welcoming studios over this one.
