  I enjoyed the heated mat class much more than I thought I would. The instructor was very clear, the music was good, the overall vibe of the studio was grounding. I would definitely come back.

  I have hypermobile EDS. I’ve taken Pilates for years at studios all up and down the east coast. I always tell the teacher before class starts: I’m hypermobile, certain motions are hard on my joints, I will need modifications. All the other studios I’ve been to cater to me beautifully. Teachers are knowledgeable in how to make sure I get the best workout possible. NOT HERE. I have been told to push through physical discomfort and pain, stretch beyond what is safe for my body, and discouraged from taking modifications. Pilates is for EVERY body. Not just healthy, young bodies. Because no one seems to have any understanding of what hypermobility is, or how to safely lead a class with it in mind, I won’t be returning to this studio. Like most things in Miami, it’s all asthetics, no substance. No knowledge. No care. 1/10

  I visited here whilst on vacation and had an amazing experience with Chid in the Force Sculpt class. Amazing instructor, the vibes were incredible and the playlist was 10/10. I can’t wait to visit Miami again to go to one of her classes 😍
