Renegade Pilates

Renegade Pilates is a Pilates studio on the Upper East Side of Miami, and its reviews centre on one teacher, Leslie. Students describe small group classes that remain fun but challenging, and say Leslie remembers her clients, works with each person individually and adjusts exercises to goals, bodies and injuries. A student of several years says she helped them work through numerous injuries, and others report better posture, strength and flexibility. Some started with a couple of private sessions before joining classes. The space is described as bright, chicly decorated and therapeutic, with a welcoming atmosphere. The reviews are all positive and mention no recurring complaint. It suits people who want personal attention and injury-aware instruction rather than large classes.

• Small classes with personal attention
• Exercises adjusted for injuries
• Leslie praised repeatedly
• Bright, welcoming space
• Visible gains in posture and strength
