  truly my absolute favourite studio ever. from the instructors, the variety of classes they offer, to the most serene and gorgeous space i’ve experienced. as a trainer and athlete it’s hard to find a studio that pushes you and takes your mind off of being a coach, this studio does exactly that. aly and te are my absolute favourite instructors. the new backyard is everything and more and overall, couldn’t recommend this haven more.

  By far the best yoga place I have been in Miami. The energy, the staff and the place is incredibly inviting and soothing, I took a Yin Yoga with Maye and WOW, she devoted herself into the practice and everyone in the room, I will be a regular no doubt, So happy that i finally found my yoga place Namaste 🪬🩵
