  I’ve only been taking classes with Alisha 2xs a week for three weeks, and I’m already noticing a difference. While the subtle changes in my arm definition are exciting, what has impressed me most is how much stronger my core feels and how that strength is translating into my everyday life. I’ve struggled with back pain for years that would normally be triggered by even basic daily activities. Recently, I was able to do basic chores in my home and move heavy furniture without experiencing the pain that would typically follow. That speaks volumes.   This was my first time doing Pilates. Took the class with Alisha, she was amazing, patient and helpful with guidance for my first time. The place smelled amazing nice and fresh. I would definitely go back again.

  Posh life pilates is truly the best!! I took a trial class of reformer pilates and I truly fell in love, the atmosphere is so welcoming, Cressida is super nice and stayed overtime to show me how to book my classes on the app and she is truly so sweet. The studio is so clean and aesthetically pleasing and the instructors that I took classes with ( Bri & Monica) very thorough and follow each person closely throughout the class. Everyone in the staff is so sweet and it is truly a hidden gem in Miami, it’s what I look forward to every week. Definitely 10/10 absolutely amazing.
