  Took Rebekka’s sculpt Pilates class. It was AMAZING. Very attentive instructor, great flow of the workout. I learned so much, can’t wait to take the class again !!

  I just went to Rebecca’s class for Pilates and I’ve never felt so good during and after a class. I have so many quirks and injuries so Pilates is just one big modification session for me and she’s so gentle and attentive and supportive and really makes you feel like you can do anything and no shame in your athletic abilities. She’s definitely an instructor I see facilitating the growth of my recovery and fitness journey. AMAZING start of the day

I moved across the country to learn from what I believe is one of the most inclusive communities in the world, and I feel incredibly lucky to spend my time surrounded by such amazing people. Every teacher is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also genuinely supportive and invested in helping others grow.
