Classes are overall pretty decent. Their leveling system is a plus. Their instructor selection is not. The constant denominator with negativity is the instructor Coleen. She carries her awful attitude outside of the class and into the ears of others, including more staff and members. It’s been allowed for quite some time now and makes for a toxic environment. I moved my membership to another location because I would prefer to be in an adult environment.
That last review is the most ridiculous thing I ever heard. Lily is professional, lovely, and certainly policy is not up to her.
Instructors are wonderful. The new manager is rude and unethical. Tries to charge late fees for late fees ...takes classes away until you give up and pay whatever she deems appropriate. I have been going there for over 2-1/2 years but this manager had me move my membership to a different group. Sad. Hope the owner figures this out.
