I cannot say enough good things about this studio….it’s ALWAYS clean; the prices are absolutely fair considering the intimate setting . The teachers are all so passionate , educated and engaging. Pilates has changed my entire outlook on exercise, It’s not daunting and miserable it’s actually exciting and enjoyable! Thank you so much to the entire team of Within.

I real like this studio! The teachers are all great and super helpful. Classes are really interesting and leveled well based on experience and practice. The studio is very cute, clean and well organized. I am happy this opened in our neighborhood!

I had such a great experience the class was small, only six people, which made it feel really personal and comfortable. Sophie was amazing. She paid attention to everyone and gave helpful adjustments so I knew I was actually doing the movements correctly. The whole space felt so calming and thoughtfully put together. The music was really good and added to the vibe, and even little details like the ceiling tiles you see when you are lying back made it feel special. At the end of class they gave us cold towels with a eucalyptus scent, which felt so refreshing. It just had a really friendly and relaxing atmosphere. I left feeling both calm and energized and I will definitely be going back.
