I'm in my intro month at Sol Space and loving it. Restorative yoga, vinyin, and vinyasa flow are what I've tried so far, and they all are wonderful. Jackie is so down to earth and warm and welcoming, she's creating a great community!

My daughter has been taking kids yoga here for a few months. She’s quite active and really enjoys yoga which I was surprised about at first, but quickly realized that Jacky’s kids class is very active and fun for kids. My daughter is now doing head stands putting her legs behind her neck-I love how strong and flexible she is becoming thanks to yoga class. I wish I had more time to try for myself but I highly recommend for both kids and adults.
