About

Tima Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio in the Central Area, based at the Rendezvous Hotel near Orchard and Tanglin. Reviewers describe Korean instructors who teach in English or Korean, and well-maintained, high-end reformers and chairs with small props such as bands and balls. Several reviewers train privately, often after a body scan or posture analysis. Trinity is praised for adjusting a programme for a client with scoliosis, and Seoyoon for lively, challenging classes. Reviewers say the studio is spotless and easy to book, and that sessions have helped with neck, shoulder and back problems. Group classes are small. No recurring criticism appears in the reviews.

Have checked out several pilates studios in Singapore. I would rate this studio positively. Group class is small compared to other studios. Instructors are good so far, with clear instructions and emphasis on activating the correct muscle & proper breathing technique. They will also gently correct your form.
