The instructors here are top notch. I used to frequent another Gyrotonic studio, and am so glad to have found Nautilus instead. Beautiful studio, and the Team have an excellent knowledge of anatomy. They read the body so well, and instinctively know what adjustments are needed as the session moves along. Here, I have the guidance to reorganise movement. Special mention to Yin Ling and Rachel for their warmth, expertise and sense of humour :)
