  Used to frequent another studio close to my workplace but they shifted so I’m glad to have found another studio near home tho their prices are mid-tier even with bulk purchases. Attended essential strength with Joey, Mel and Claudia and I’ve to say I really enjoy them all because not only do their classes allow you to push yourself further for growth but they offer options for injuries or when you doubt yourself.

  Have been going to Am Pilates for almost 3 months now and it’s always a joy to attend the classes. It’s clean, towels are always well-stocked and there’s amenities like changing and shower area, hair dryer, deodorant and hair spray etc. Kelly is ready with a smile upon walking in and helpful with any queries we have. Go to a few classes with different instructors to find ones that you vibe with. Joey is my personal favourite but other instructors are great too! Ngl, the fees are pretty pricey so look out for promotions on their website or social media.

  Absolutely love my experience at AM Pilates! The studio has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and every class leaves me feeling stronger, more energised, and refreshed. A special shoutout to Joey—her Firm Foundation and Essential Strength classes are fantastic! She is incredibly attentive and always takes the time to correct everyone’s form and provide individual guidance, no matter how full the class is. Her encouragement and positive energy make every session something to look forward to. A big thank you as well to Kelly and Ace at the front desk for always being so warm, friendly, and helpful. They truly make every visit a pleasant experience. AM Pilates has an amazing team, and I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else for Pilates. Highly recommend! 🤍
