  I've been attending the Reformer and Tower Pilates classes here for a while now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The instructors are knowledgeable, attentive, and explain every exercise clearly in Chinese, making the classes easy to follow while still being challenging. I really appreciate how they tailor the exercises to different fitness levels and always take the time to correct my posture and alignment. The small class sizes mean everyone gets individual attention, which has made a huge difference in my technique and progress. Since starting, I've noticed significant improvements in my core strength, posture, flexibility, and overall body awareness. The Reformer and Tower equipment are well maintained, and the studio is always clean, bright, and welcoming. If you're looking for a professional Chinese-speaking Pilates studio with excellent Reformer and Tower classes, I highly recommend this place. It's a supportive environment where you can build strength safely and see real results.

  This is a studio for mandarin speakers. Most classes are conducted in mandarin. You need to understand basic Chinese commands to follow. Abby is the best teacher there. She’s patient and less judgemental. Positive vibes. Thai is an air conditioned studio but not sure why it is always warm. One instructor is not a fan of the ac. It can get really stuffy in the studio. Another reason why I won’t be going back. Note that there is no Wunda chair at this studio. Good for people who want to do reformer and tower only. Also there aren’t many advanced classes. Even if there is, they are booked by old timers. Hence if you are looking for progression, it might quite tough. Nevertheless this place is popular among people who live on the neighborhood.
