Personal service from the instructors with giving clear cues and good pacing. Love the small class and the instructors are able to correct our form gently. Service is consistently good, and there's no hard selling. Highly recommended.

Credits go to the attentive and skilled instructors here - I've met my back-to-fitness goals with them. Classes do not feel scripted, and at the same time well-adapted to the individual's level. The pace is of the right challenge with clear prompts even for beginners with lower proprioception. Different instructors bring interesting variation of perspectives and methods - never a dull session, often illuminating.

I've been with ilume for about 1.5 years now. I started out looking for a Pilates studio near home to help with consistent back problems, tension, and scoliosis, and ended up genuinely enjoying my sessions with the instructors here. Special mention to Brenda and Pauline, who really understood my needs and problems from the beginning, and worked with me not just to get stronger, but to understand my body better. The instructors at ilume are dedicated and passionate about helping their clients improve, and through Pilates I found a place where I can disconnect for a bit and focus on myself and my body. I've seen real improvements over the last 1.5 years, from showing up consistently for classes and letting myself be challenged along the way. I especially enjoy the private sessions - they're tailored to your needs, and I feel sufficiently challenged as I've progressed in my Pilates journey. You also get exposure to the different equipment (reformer, tower, chair, barrel) which I appreciate too. Truly a gem that I’ve found in Punggol!
