I recently had the opportunity to experience a 60-minute sound healing session, and it was such a beautiful and relaxing experience. From the moment the session started, I felt a sense of calm and peace. The soothing sounds and vibrations helped me switch off completely from the stresses of the day and brought a wonderful sense of relaxation and positive energy. By the end of the session, I felt deeply relaxed, refreshed, and re-energized. I highly recommend trying a sound healing session with Rashmi if you are looking for some time to relax, reset, and reconnect with yourself. A truly peaceful and rejuvenating experience!

The difference is experience and it changes everything. The deep gongs hit your chest physically, while the high bowls shimmer just behind your eyes. Rashmi layers the sounds into a slow, pulsing rhythm that locks your breathing to it without effort. That's where the shift happens. Your mind goes completely silent. Time drops away. The whole session feels like floating. The tones run slower than a heartbeat, perfectly regular, and within a few minutes your breathing has matched them and you're gone fully in the zone. I walked out physically lighter with a completely clear head. If you want a genuine reset without the usual wellness theatre, just do it once and you will be back again.

I recently attended a sound healing session conducted by Rashmi, and it was a great experience. She blended the instruments beautifully, and her voice has a naturally calming effect that makes it very easy to relax. The entire session was genuinely well-conducted and left me feeling peaceful. I would recommend trying a session with her.
