I recently joined the Yui yoga classes and I’ve been really impressed! The sessions are well organised and flow smoothly, even over video. Deepti ji gives clear, easy-to-follow instructions, which helps me do each pose correctly and confidently from home. What I love most is the pragmatic approach — it’s not just about doing poses, but also includes breathing exercises and meditation, which make the class feel complete and deeply relaxing. She also explains the benefits of each pose, so I understand how it’s helping both my body and mind. After attending regularly, I can honestly say I’ve noticed a big difference in my stress levels and sleep quality. The classes leave me feeling calm, refreshed, and more balanced. Even though it’s online, it feels very personal and engaging. Highly recommend these classes to anyone looking to bring more peace and mindfulness into their day! 🌿🙏

Deepthi you are an inspiration , the way you teach with so much passion, crystal clear instructions , your encouragement , and most importantly your profound knowledge about the wholeness of yoga and the way to teach it is something special which I have not seen with many other teachers I have tried . Attending your classes makes me feel energized and your help in pushing our limits to achieve greater things is something commendable . Thankyou for this experience as I finish every class with content.
