Ariel is an amazing instructor!
Booked through classpass and I was a minute late and the studio won’t let me in because of their studio policy for first timers. I said alright and asked if I can be rescheduled to a class the day after and they said no because I booked through classpass? It confuses me the way their studio policy have to be so rigid compared with other studios (seriously I’ve been to many pilates studios and this is the first one that does this), creating a more than awful experience for clients? And to be fair I have done pilates a bunch as a first timer to their studio and it’s crazy how they’re still just so strict and nonnegotiable with their policies no matter what. To think what if someone drives from further away and the traffic is bad so they couldn’t make it on time? This very much irritated me first in the morning today and sadly I won’t be back at xcore because of this experience. Disappointing.
They are unreasonable. Late for 5 min and they won’t left me in. (It’s NOT my first time class) I booked through class pass and there’s no single sentence saying you cannot be late for more than X minutes.
