  Tiny Haven is a lovely studio and Athena is a terrific teacher. She is clear, neither drags nor rushes, and helps each student with modifications and adjustments. Highly recommended.

  What a gem! The studio has such a beautiful vibe and Athena who taught the classes was one of the best yoga teachers I have ever experienced. It’s almost like having a private session when you are there. She really helps all levels no matter what stage your body is in. The props are clean and super helpful for your poses. I love this place, honestly do your body and soul a favor and attend a class!
