  We absolutely love this place, my whole family goes to the Yoga Shala! The instructors are great and there is a real sense of community among those who attend. Each class is different and as intense as you want it to be. The instructors really work with everyone on an individual level. I feel like I learn or try something new every time I go. Highly, highly recommend!

  This is a great studio! I decided to try it out because I live so close. Every instructor I've had so far has been a gem (this is coming from a not-really-yoga person). Classes are warm but not too hot, and you can pick a more or less warm section of the studio, depending on your preference. Also, the practice here is fairly athletic and vigorous, which is something I also like. They clearly walk you through all the pose progressions. I also like that some of the instructors encourage you to introduce yourself to others around you to make connections
