  Pudji does private classes for me and working with her has been one of the best decisions I made this year. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and creates custom sessions every time we meet. We primarily do yoga lessons, and by the end I always feel incredible. It’s nothing like your typical group yoga classes and she’ll narrow in on exactly what I need most. I also really enjoy that each class feels fresh and unique. We also will work on mindfulness when I ask. I’ve been amazed how she can turn a bad day or week immediately on its head and lead me to the clarity I need in that moment. Overall Pudji is amazingly talented and an incredible person to boot. I can’t recommend her enough!

  Pudji is an amazing and gifted teacher. If you are looking for a real yoga teacher then look no further. This studio is small and personal yet there is still plenty of room. I was a member of another studio that was bigger and I wanted something that didn't make me feel like we were being packed in like sardines. Pudji's personalized approach is exactly what I needed and I realized that I am actually only now learning the correct postures after a few years of practice at other places, I feel like she has a natural and innate ability to determine everybody's needs. Pudji's wisdom and knowledge is invaluable and I often hear her morning mantras or parting words of mindfulness long after the class has ended. I feel like I get challenged in a way that is very supportive and actually helping my body get stronger. Her prices are also a better deal than I had at other studios.
