This yoga studio offers a nurturing environment for yogis and aspiring teachers. With a focus on personal growth, participants praise the warm and compassionate teaching style of the instructor, who integrates yoga philosophy into each session. The studio hosts a variety of teacher training courses, including 200-hour YTT, Yin, and Prenatal training, all of which are highly recommended by past students. Attendees appreciate the small class sizes that allow for personalized attention and a close-knit community. The new studio space is described as cozy and inviting, making it a welcoming haven for learning and exploration in yoga. Students leave feeling empowered and equipped to teach yoga with confidence.
I participated in Sophie's Yin Training earlier this year and am so, so glad I did. As a parent of a toddler and as someone who lives rurally, I was finding it difficult to find a course that suited my life. I decided to do the hybrid course with Sophie and she went above and beyond to ensure the experience was accessible, inclusive and enjoyable. She creates such a warm and welcoming atmosphere in her classes, making it easy to ask questions and ask for guidance. It's clear that she is extremely knowledgeable about yoga and her enthusiasm for it is contagious. I highly recommend her course if you're interested in teaching yin or even just deepening your understanding of it.
I took Sophie’s 200-hour yoga teacher training starting in September 2025 and honestly couldn’t recommend it enough. Sophie is such a knowledgeable and grounded teacher, but what really makes the training special is how supportive and approachable she is. From the start, she created a really safe and welcoming space to learn, ask questions, and grow. The course was really well put together and never felt overwhelming. Sophie has a great way of explaining things clearly, and she encourages you to find your own voice rather than trying to teach in a certain “way.” I always felt supported throughout the training and came away with so much more confidence — not just in teaching, but in my own practice too. It was a genuinely positive experience and I’m so grateful I chose to do my training with Sophie. I’d highly recommend it to anyone thinking about doing their YTT.
I really enjoyed taking part in September 2025 in the 200-hour yoga teacher training, as it gave me both a strong foundational understanding of yoga and the space to deepen my personal practice. The course supported me in developing greater self-awareness, confidence, and clarity in how I move, listen, and show up — both on and off the mat. I appreciated the balance between structure and exploration, and I came away feeling more connected to my body, my values, and the way I want to share yoga with others.
