I’ve been going to these classes for over two years, and they’re honestly some of the best in South Dublin. The instructors really know their stuff and take the time to help you correct your form, which makes a huge difference. They also explain everything clearly, so it’s easy to follow no matter your level. You can tell they genuinely pay attention — they get to know your strengths and what you might need on a given day, which makes each class feel both challenging and enjoyable. Highly recommend to anyone, whether you’re a complete beginner or more experienced.

Hi There, I am 65 years old and along with my wife we attend D4 Pilates under the wonderful instruction of Christie. We have been going since November 2024 .In a word it has been amazing and so much so that we have now increased our attendence to 4 x 1 hour sessions a week . I suffer from back pain as a result of playing rugby many years ago and I have to be very careful how I excercise. On top of that I hadn't done any for more than 30 years . I was recommended to visit Christe by my physio. From the start she has been very careful with me and watched my every move and stretch to ensure I was doing them in the correct manner . We have progressed so much that I have no longer any pain in my lower back and I am so much more flexible and stronger to boot . If you want to get moving again and strengthen you body for the journey ahead I could not recommend anyone more than her . For us it has been such a relevation! Regards Michael and Daniela
