Cannot speak highly enough of Jennifer Higgins, physiotherapist at Platinum Pilates Sandymount. Having endured unsuccessful back surgery plus knee surgery, my mobility was greatly reduced. For the past six months, I have had weekly sessions with Jennifer, which has increased my strength, stamina, and mobility. This has given me more independence and the possibility of doing other things that I had planned to do.
