Absolutely could not recommend James enough! Such an enjoyable class. A thoughtful, compassionate and confident teacher who makes yoga accessible to all. Will be back ☺️
James is an excellent yoga instructor! He is incredibly patient and provides professional, detailed guidance throughout every class, making sure everyone can follow along and improve their practice. The classes are both challenging and rewarding — I always finish feeling like I’ve had a great workout, sweating buckets but feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I really appreciate his expertise, patience, and the positive atmosphere he creates. Highly recommend his classes to anyone looking for a great yoga experience!
James has created a very warm and welcoming atmosphere in his class. I was put at ease from the moment I walked in. His friendliness, enthusiasm and experience are very evident throughout the session. He offers gentle guidance throughout and allows you to go at your own pace which was important for me as I hadn’t practiced in a while. I thoroughly enjoyed my first class. So much so that that I booked a package straight away.
