Took a lovely flow class with Aine K this morning and just loved it! She was kind, patient and very welcoming. Her cueing was clear, easy to follow and her flow was fun and creative while still being gentle (great for an early morning!) I especially loved that she took the time to connect with every student in the class before and after.

Tried out the Reformer Pilates class today via Classpass. Was very happy it. Instructor (Lily) was welcoming and professional. Workout was a good balance of challenging and refreshing.

All of Brian's classes are amazing as he's an amazing teacher overall but if you had to pick one class to attend I'd recommend his 4beats classes as you get to try bunch of different things in the class. The longer than usual timing allows you to have more time and if you want to start chill and end more intense or viceversa you have the time to do so! The beats help you get into your zone and Brian's guidance lets you improve your practice without the pressure and just by making it fun. Highly recommend!
