  I've been taking beginner classes with Alana and I love the welcoming and positive encouragment she brings to the classes. I also really appreciate that the classes are only four people, which helps me focus and feel like the instructor has more visibility on making sure I have proper form. Alana is always checking to make sure we have no pain and if we need to stop or modify something. She also always offers to answer any questions, and I've found that really helpful to have that added support. Overall I'm really glad I found this place, and actually look forward to my classes every week!!
