About
Yoga Hōme is a yoga studio in downtown Houston, which reviewers place in the East End. Reviewers describe an airy, clean space with trees visible through the windows, plenty of parking, and hot classes that are properly heated, so a towel and water are advised. The cold lavender towels at the end are mentioned often. The schedule mixes hot yoga, yin, Pilates and breathwork. Cesar's yin classes and Michael's Tuesday hot yoga class are praised by several reviewers, and Claire's Pilates class is said to put first-timers at ease. Members call instructors patient and welcoming, say beginners never feel pressured, and describe the front desk and local feel as friendly and inclusive.

Amazing! 1st time and I was so nervous. Not just my 1st time to the class or facility but also to the practice so it was very different for me but I truly felt my body needed it. I admit I cried at the end because it truly released some tension that I had been feeling for weeks. Truly loved the experience and the instructor was great !

I've had great experiences at Yoga Home! Having been out of practice for many years, I really appreciate the warmth (pun intended) of this studio and the patience and kindness of the instructors. I'm so glad to have Yoga Home in the East End!
