  I’m new to the Houston area and tried getting to the class on time, not realizing that traffic was going to be so horrific and keep pushing me past the class start time. Got here about 7 minutes late and they had locked the class doors and couldn’t even get in. I drove an hour trying to get to this class and yes I was a bit late, but I’ve taken these classes in Austin before and have never had an experience where they lock the doors on you. Please be mindful that sometimes people are coming from different cities and trying to navigate and attempting to make it on time. There is no mention of “lock the door policy” when you sign up so I really wish you had mentioned that.

  I have tried them all in the Houston area through class pass and friend discounts. Persona Pilates, formally TLSx Pilates, is the first Pilates franchise I felt was worth getting a membership to! I enjoy the difficulty of the classes and how encouraging the instructors are. I especially love Angie! She truly wants you to get better and will correct my form when needed, which I love. Love Persona Pilates!! Highly recommend! 🎉
