Yoga Tree Richmond Spadina is a welcoming studio located in Toronto.
Old Toronto, Toronto
Oxygen Yoga & Fitness Fashion District is a hot yoga and fitness studio in Old Toronto, next to the Ace Hotel on Adelaide Street. Reviewers describe a small room where most classes are fitness-based, with Pilates and a few yoga options, and many sessions are intense: regulars talk about leaving drenched, with the option to drop the weights or take breaks. The owners get credit for listening to feedback and adjusting the studio, and instructors are praised for keeping classes accessible across ability and mobility levels; Yana's classes come up more than once. Members find it clean and welcoming. One visitor felt the front desk was dismissive at a first class and was asked to pay for a mat when booking through ClassPass, and another notes it is not the place for someone wanting a full yoga timetable.

Welcoming, challenging
I have lived in Toronto for 3 years and this is the most welcoming hot yoga/ pilates studio I have been to, I am so so blessed to have stumbled upon this wholesome studio. The people at the studio are so very kind and accommodating & welcoming. Wow, what a breath of fresh air. My nerves relax just walking in the studio. Love this place and the people in it ❤️ Best, Mehar
The owners are so kind, warm, and friendly. I appreciate how open and responsive to class needs they are, continuously making tweaks to help improve the studio experience wherever possible. Thanks so much Zahra + Team. Special shoutout to the instructors who are integral to making every class welcoming, enjoyable, and accessible at a variety of ability/mobility levels - it really shines through in their classes: Michael, Ady, Shezelle, and the Yanas :)
I loved my time with them. I tried their intro. I might actually consider their membership. Notes: - the studio is tiny, but most my classes were not full. Which is great. - most classes are fitness, with a few yoga options. It's not bad, just seeing if you are looking for a full yoga studio, this might not be the best option for you - not sure about your fitness levels, but a lot of classes are slightly intense. Which is actually the way I like it to be. But option is there for you too useless heavy weight or take as many breaks as you like. Just know that most classes are intense - lovely trainers and great stafff
