About

Muse Movement is a Pilates studio in Old Toronto offering reformer and mat classes, including cardio Pilates and a Thursday evening community class. Reviewers describe a sunlit, beautiful space with a view of the CN Tower, well-spaced machines and small classes, and several mention good music. The teaching is described as knowledgeable, with good cues and modifications that make classes both challenging and accessible; Lindsay's cardio class is singled out, as is Emily's Sunday class, with options for building skills or easing off. One member has kept coming for eight years and says it keeps their back in check. Beginners, including a group of seven first-timers at a private birthday class, say they felt comfortable. One newcomer found an instructor's tone when correcting form harsh.

I had such a wonderful experience! I booked a private class for my birthday, and Erynn was incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process. The class itself was beautiful because we had Rebecca as our instructor. There were seven of us, all beginners, and it was our first time trying reformer Pilates. She made everyone feel comfortable, was so welcoming, and did an amazing job guiding us through the class. Muse also surprised me with a tote bag, which was such a thoughtful touch. Thank you to Erynn and Rebeca for helping make my birthday celebration so special. I will absolutely be back.
