  I’ve been doing private sessions at Kinona Studio for almost a year, and they’ve helped me so much. I sit at a desk most of the day and used to deal with a lot of back pain and stiffness. Since starting Pilates, my back feels much better, and I’ve noticed a big improvement in my posture and strength. The sessions are always tailored to what my body needs that day. I definitely recommend Kinona, especially if you have a desk job and struggle with back pain.

  Best studio in MIA by far! I love the place, the people and of course Valeria! She is the best, sweet, kind but pushing you to your full potential. The area is also super clean and very harmonious. Definetly recommend this studio above all others.
