About
TREMBLE in Wynwood, which reviewers also call Tremble Midtown, is a reformer Pilates studio that members describe as clean, well run and beautiful. Montana is named in several reviews for energetic, encouraging classes that are comfortable for first-timers and include modifications for injuries. Val is praised for helping newcomers with a thorough warm-up and posture work, and Maggie, who also gives private sessions, and Henry are also mentioned. Members like the music, the choice of classes through the day and the strong community, and one says they have taken 50 classes. The main criticisms are practical: a first-time visitor says grippy socks were not disclosed when booking and had to buy a pair for $21, and another could not reach the studio by phone.

I booked a first class with the studio. I needed to change the class time and I called the night prior. I called the studio on and off for 2.5 hours. I then the next day attempted to call for like 30 minutes. They marked me down as I attended the class. Their studio appears to have no phone line. I was never able to get ahold of them.

This is one of the most beautiful Pilates studios. Theres always a place to find parking. The instructors are top notch. I love the flow of the class and the music here is always amazing! Super clean too, would for sure return.

It was my very first Pilates class. I really enjoyed it and the instructor Val was 10/10. I appreciated that she demonstrated the exercises and gave me several tips to help my form. She had great energy too. I booked the class through Tremble app, and I didn’t see any disclosure (neither in the app nor in the email confirmations) that I would need grippy socks for the class. Upon arriving, I was forced to purchase a pair of socks for $21. It was off-putting and felt scammy… like a “hidden fee.” I had grippy socks at home and I would’ve brought them if I had known.
