Tracy & R3BORN is the real deal! Former professional athlete turned master instructor, and you feel every bit of that pedigree the second he starts training you. He takes the time to show you perfect form and I am amazed at how even the most minor tweeks activate your muscles differently. The workout is a different kind of Pilates than Ive ever experienced before, it’s more performance-based with an athletic edge that will light up all your muscles.
