  I love this studio, especially Christina’s mat Pilates class! She does such a great job explaining the purpose behind each movement and guiding you throughout the class. I especially love that the routine stays fairly consistent because it allows you to really feel and see your progress over time. Highly recommend this studio and Christina!

  I completed the Long Lean teacher training certification a couple months ago and can confidently say that choosing this studio for my cert was the best decision I could have made as it pertains to my teaching journey. Jaime and Christina make it a point to make sure that you feel confident and prepared whether or not you want to go on to teach once you complete training. So many of my friends who went to other places for their training have had complaints about not feeling confident enough with transitions, sequencing, cueing, etc. and I simply can't relate. Cannot recommend this studio enough if you are thinking about getting certified!

  Booked a last minute class here with a friend and had a great time. A good workout, friendly staff, clean facility and great music. I definitely will be coming back.
