Maison Yoga Miami

Maison Yoga Miami is a yoga studio in Downtown Miami with hot yoga and hot Pilates classes. Reviewers call the studio beautiful and scented with incense, with relaxing music, lockers, two bathrooms and changing rooms, and a cold plunge pool available by reservation. Cold towels are handed out after hot Pilates. Members say first-timers feel comfortable and that the instructors are welcoming; Lola is praised for a Pilates sculpt class that is described as tough, and Lola and Jade are thanked together in another review. One reviewer values the culture, saying people come to practise rather than pose for photos, unlike at some other Miami studios. Reviewers mention no recurring problems, and a visitor recommends a day pass or multi-class pass.

AMAZINGGGG experience!! 💗 This was my very first yoga class ever, and I absolutely loved it! Everything was so easy to follow, even as a complete beginner, and I felt super comfortable the entire time. Such a welcoming and lovely atmosphere! I had the best time and couldn't have asked for a better introduction to yoga. Love love love!!
