So happy I found Peggy! She trains classical Pilates which is rare to find in Miami. She is very warm, encouraging and extremely knowledgeable about the body and Pilates. I also appreciate that she makes sure your form is correct and focuses on the details. We have done a lot of exercises that you won’t find at other Pilates studios and that are great for engaging core and deeper muscles. Her studio is also bright, clean and nicely decorated so it’s a very uplifting space to look forward to visiting. Can’t recommend her enough!
