  From a new member perspective, this location leaves a lot to be desired in the customer service department. Be diligent and make sure you ask questions, because any mistakes have a penalty cost. I'm definitely not a happy new member.

  I truly dislike a company who doesn't clearly state their terms on the phone they called me to confirm the 'try it' class which I was happy to invest in... no mention of grip socks - which I have at home and it just feels like a sleezy way to get $16 even when ppl may not be sure if they want to commit. It's a business model: get people to invest and feel like they HAVE TO stay since they already bought the sox... its just the principle- happy to have spent 16 if it was mentioned to me and I forgot they called me and talked to me on the phone twice & no mention of it.
