Zen Soul Balance

Zen Soul Balance is a sound healing and wellness practice led by Jeny, listed as a yoga instructor. Reviewers mostly describe its Cathedral of Light sound bath events, held in a cathedral setting that they call calming and beautifully organised. Several say they left feeling relaxed, grounded and refreshed, with a team of sound healers and volunteers creating a welcoming atmosphere. A separate reviewer hired Jeny to lead a small group during a wellness retreat and describes her as professional, kind and skilled. The reviews centre on events and private sessions rather than a regular class timetable, so this suits people looking for sound baths and group wellness experiences rather than weekly drop-in yoga.

• Calming sound bath sessions
• Well-organised events
• Welcoming sound healing team
• Jeny praised as professional

Jeny provided instruction for our small group during a wellness retreat. She was excellent to work with! Professional, kind, and an expert at what she does. If you are looking for someone to provide an unforgettable experience for you or your family or friends, look no further. I would highly recommend Jeny and would love to use her again!

I had the most moving and healing experience attending the Cathedral of Light event! It was my first time attending a sound bath and it did not disappoint. The setting was stunning and it was so well-organized and welcoming. The ambiance, comfort, and incredible instrumentals literally carried heavy energy far away from me in a way that literally gives me excitement to attend another. Zen Soul Balance brings community and healing together in a masterful way I didn’t expect <3.
