Lagree Red - Mission Hills

Lagree Red in Mission Hills is a beautiful studio. It's very clean inside, and there are plenty of machines, which is great because I can usually take a class at the time I want without it being full. I've taken classes with a handful of instructors here, and I can honestly say that all of them provide challenging workouts while offering modifications for my bad knee when needed. This has been especially important to me because I've been to other Lagree and modern Pilates studios where some instructors weren't able to provide appropriate modifications. Overall, I've had a great experience and will definitely keep coming back to work out here!

I absolutely love Lagree Red Mission Hills. The classes are challenging in the best way, and the instructors—especially Sara—are incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging, and welcoming. Everyone at the studio is genuinely so kind. I also really appreciate how clean and well cared for the entire facility is. The recovery rooms are such a wonderful addition and make the experience feel like so much more than just taking a workout class. I truly feel like I’m getting a complete fitness and wellness routine all in one place. Going to Lagree Red has been so easy to incorporate into my life, and I genuinely feel better since I started coming. It feels like a little luxury that I get to look forward to, while also doing something really good for myself. I’m so happy I found this studio. Thank you!
